A professional services firm needed a solution to create reports for their customers in less time. Our team developed a desktop solution to generate the individual specific reports.

The company’s Account Representative Team used Microsoft Word templates to create individual client reports which included text and dynamic Excel charts. The challenges with the existing solution were images and tabular data would shift unexpectedly. In addition, the data in the Excel chart had to be entered manually into the database after report was created.

To remove the extra step of inputting data after the report was created, and to remove errors in the template, Complex Services created a desktop solution. The new report solution allowed Account Reps to initially input text and numeric values into a user friendly form. The Account Reps would simply click a button to generate the client report, which used their existing report style. The data was saved to a secured database.
