1. Clearly Understand

We will setup a meeting with you and key individuals at your organization to understand what the problem you are trying to solve, and the process you’re trying to improve. During that meeting we will take some time to review your existing solution, even if your existing solution is unbearably manual. We will learn from you what you like and don’t like about how the work is completed today.

2. Skeleton

Before anything is coded we will create a skeleton. A skeleton will show you a simple view of the user interface and functionality. We will review the skeleton with you so no time is wasted on building something that does not match your needs.

3. Build

Great software shouldn't take forever. Many projects can move from concept to deployment within 90 days, depending on complexity, scope, and integration requirements. We focus on delivering meaningful results quickly, without sacrificing quality.

4. Socialize

Now it is time to play with it. We will rigorously test the software while you get to know your solution. This step is your opportunity to use the software, provide us feedback and suggest edits.

5. Finalize

We will take all of your feedback and apply edits or tweaks that will make your new solution even better.
