Our Five Step Process

Whether you would prefer a desktop application or web application, our process is the same.

1. Clearly Understand

We will setup a meeting with you and key individuals at your organization to understand what the problem you are trying to solve, and the process you’re trying to improve. During that meeting we will take some time to review your existing solution, even if your existing solution is unbearably manual. We will learn from you what you like and don’t like about how the work is completed today.

2. Skeleton

Before anything is coded we will create a skeleton. A skeleton will show you a simple view of the user interface and functionality. We will review the skeleton with you so no time is wasted on building something that does not match your needs.

3. Build

In most cases, we can guarantee you will have completed software in 3 months because, we build what you need and nothing else. Software with a lot of bells and whistles is just noise. You want something that will help get your work done faster or erase a problem. We will build the software and check-in with you from time to time to get your input, or just say Hi!

4. Socialize

Now it is time to play with it. We will rigorously test the software while you get to know your solution. This step is your opportunity to use the software, provide us feedback and suggest edits.

5. Finalize

We will take all of your feedback and apply edits or tweaks that will make your new solution even better.
