RotaDyne, one of the largest manufacturers of rollers & roll coverings, called on Complex Services to develop a customer & quote management system.
RotaDyne’s team of national sales reps used Microsoft Access to manage day-to-day
customer information and quotes. The challenge with existing solution was they
could only access the system while in the office. There were frequent data
corruption errors, and maintenance of hardware became a challenge.
To minimize the need for software and hardware updates, and provide sales reps
with access to the system anytime, anywhere, Complex Services developed a
web-based solution. The RotaDyne Quick Quote (RQ2) solution was built to work
with any browser under heavy workload. The new solution allowed sales reps to
create quotes in the field, email them to the home office for review, and make
edits to existing quotes from their car or home office.
